Cod Hole is a very famous dive site on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and is one that should not be missed! As the name suggests, is likely to offer a number of cod sightings. These cod, or Potato Groupers, are very friendly and enjoy regular interactions with divers who often feed these sociable giants and thus enjoy incredible photo opportunities.
Code Hole is an easy reef dive on the Ribbon Reefs of the Great Barrier Reef and offers great visibility year-round. In addition to the giant cod, there are also harmless whitetip reef sharks, emperor angelfish, green turtles and black-spotted puffer fish.
