Boracay Island is a beautiful tropical island and its Lagoon, Laguna De Boracay, is a fantastic dive site. The site is found on the eastern part of Boracay Island, the dive site is a short boat ride from the beach. It is a great site that is suitable for beginners as well as professional divers. The site is also protected against currents and they are not as strong as other parts of the island. Nevertheless, the dive can still be completed as a drift dive as the current is steady but still very slow.

The dive site is relatively large and starts out at 5 meters. It has a maximum depth of 18 meters, which is why it makes a great spot for beginner divers. The entire dive site is covered in many different types of coral; both soft and hard coral. Visibility can get to a maximum of 20 meters and there are some rock formations for divers to explore.

Like other spots in the area, the marine life is extremely diverse and includes a large variety of clams, butterflyfish, sea squirts, feather stars, anemones, and lionfish. Moray eels and turtles can also be spotted and the usual reef fishes such as angelfish, damsels, wrasses, parrotfish, and triggerfish are all found here. There are a number of macro species found here as well, so it is a great place to learn underwater photography.
