Dive Global is always looking for great pictures!
Dive Global is a photo gallery in itself, therefore we welcome the submission of your photos. We are looking for photos that will inspire
and inform our visitors. Look for examples around this site and you'll see that we only publish underwater blue and black and white photos.
We try not to derive from the "ocean theme" except when it serves to enhance an article for our Diver's Tale or Destination
of the Month sections. We welcome the submission of photographs with or without a Diver's Tale.
Please submit your digital photographs, with or without an article, to photo@diveglobal.com.
Please make sure to describe where and when you took it, why and how. Tell us what camera you used, the angle, lenses, depth and any other
information that might be interesting to the viewer. Please submit your pictures electronically, preferably in jpg format.
Upon submission of your material to Dive Global you affirm that you are the author of the material you are submitting and vouch as having
the right to resell the material. By submitting your photo, you also give Dive Global the right to edit the photo as we see fit.

Dive Global is not responsible for any unsolicited materials. Your submission of an article and/or a photo to Dive Global
is your guarantee to us that:
- The articles and photos submitted are your original works.
- You have the rights necessary to grant to Dive Global the license described above without violating any intellectual property right or right of privacy or publicity of any third party.
- The article or photo does not contain any material that is civilly or criminally actionable. If you breach any of these guarantees to us, you
agree to indemnify and hold Dive Global harmless from all claims of any nature whatsoever, including all related costs of any kind.
- You acknowledge that Dive Global makes no specific warranty about the placement of any article or photo accepted for publication.
Dive Global expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind whatsoever in relation to your submission of materials to Dive Global, including
the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, due care, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that Dive
Global will not be liable to you for any direct, incidental, special, consequential or extraordinary damage of any kind however arising, even
if you have notified Dive Global of the possibility of such damages. You agree that any disputes about the foregoing terms and conditions will
be settled by binding arbitration in Santa Barbara, California; this agreement will be governed by California law and this electronic document may be
submitted as evidence of the parties intention and obligations in any dispute resolution process. We are looking forward to featuring your material.
