Howard & Michele Hall
When underwater filmmakers Michele and Howard Hall met in diving class in 1975 - Howard was Michele's instructor - little did they know their student/teacher bond would ultimately lead to marriage and a business partnership.

Since then, Howard has contributed cinematography to more than a hundred films and, with Michele, has published several books of photographs and produced and directed numerous films for PBS and National Geographic.

They have also created two critically acclaimed IMAX Productions - Into the Deep (3D) and Islands of the Sharks. They also appear in a third one, called Coral Reef Adventure, which Howard also directed while Michele was location manager. The film was released in February 2003 and continues to play in IMAX theaters around the world.

On these trips they be using our their new high definition video camera to rebuild their underwater footage library and possibly begin production on a series of television programs. To help defer boat charter expenses, extra space on some of these trips is available to passengers. During these expeditions, divers will have an opportunity to watch them work, and they'll be available for informal discussions on still photography, underwater cinematography, and motion picture editing.
