This is considered one of the best shore dive sites in the world, and so is definitely one of the best dive sites in Sipadan. The site is found on the Northern part of the island and is a sheer 600-metre drop off that is a haven for virtually every kind of tropical marine life.
The wall is covered in sponges and corals and is one of the most prolific dive sites in the Sipadan. The site is easy to get to by boat and is suitable for all level of divers. Visibility reaches 30 metres like other dive sites in the area and the current is moderate.
As soon as divers drop into the water, they will be able to see huge schools of hundreds of fish circling above them. Large schools of bump head parrotfish and jacks are a spectacular welcome to this dive. Barracuda, mackerel, and batfish are also present in huge numbers. There are also many green turtles, grey reef sharks, and whitetip reef sharks and occasionally leopard sharks swim by.
The nooks, crannies, and crevices of the wall offer a chance to explore the wall further and divers can spot many shrimp, crabs, and other crustaceans hiding amongst the corals. The site is a fantastic night dive site as nocturnal marine life is just as prolific.
