If you want a unique Bahamian liveaboard diving experience that sits head and shoulders above the rest, then Aquacat is just what you’ll want! Our catamaran is absolutely huge, 31m long and a whopping 11m wide, supremely comfortable, modern and well equipped. Accommodating up to 22 guests in a choice of 11 ample-sized cabins, we offer a Bahamas Discovery Itinerary, taking you away from the usual day-diver’s sites, and into the unspoilt and sublime Exumas National Park, complete with blue holes, pristine reefs, a myriad of marine life, and big pelagics!

Our roomy en-suite, air-con cabins offer several flexible sleeping arrangements, with 4 standard twin-bed cabins, which can also sleep a 3rd person with an extra fold-down bed. A further 4 cabins can be set up as either twin-beds, or 1 king-bed. Another 2 cabins have queen double-beds with a separate single bed, and the final cabin has two twin beds, and skylights instead of portholes. Please specify your room preference when booking.

The huge saloon where the dive briefings are held, has plenty of comfy seating areas, and lots of amenities including a flat-screen TV/DVD player, video editing area, a boutique, and a camera station with photo-light table. The dining area and well-stocked bar is the hub for gatherings, with deliciously fresh Bahamian and international buffets, including a welcome BBQ on the al fresco deck on your first night. The sun deck is the perfect spot to relax and catch some rays with a cocktail, and we even have a micro-brewery with 3 types of beer to sample.

Aquacat’s dive deck is where all the action takes place, well-equipped with all your diving gear, tanks, compressors, nitrox, lots of room to suit and boot up, and 2 experienced guides to assist everyone, you’ll also find a great camera station. Non-divers are more than welcome and have plenty of snorkelling opportunities, and in between dives, guests can walk on sun-drenched beaches, or do kayak expeditions.

Amazing boat, crew, food and rooms.

Simply breath-taking diving, and I was welcomed with a BBQ and a party on my first night, and met some fantastic people.

I definitely recommend the Aquacat highly.

Stayed for a 6-night diving trip and I have to say the Aquacat surpassed my expectations by a mile!

Fantastic experience diving in the National Park, and the dive guides were great fun.

The buffets were delicious and plentiful, my room was comfortable, and there was a lot to do in between dives.
