Our entire experience was superb on-board the Blue Melody, right from check-in to check-out.
The cabins are spacious and the boat is very well-maintained. The dive guides were extremely knowledgeable and really added that something extra to the dives, showing us all sorts of interesting creatures.
The staff on-board were really great too – helpful, attentive and very professional.
The trip began in Hurghada and travelled around the northern parts of the Red Sea and back to Hurghada which made for a great round trip.

I took this trip in December and visited the northern reefs and wrecks around Hurghada.
The diving was sensational and presented some fantastic colours and a wide variety of marine animals. Unfortunately the only down side to the diving was the relatively small diving platform.
If other guests had stuck to the group-based diving originally planned, the small platform would not present an issue, however this was not the case and so it was quite crowded on the platform at times.
