The Emperor Atoll is a traditional wooden Maldivian liveaboard, 26m long and 7m wide. A little smaller than some liveaboards, she’s very stable, with less roll. Well-equipped, comfortable and spacious, you’ll enjoy the relaxed ambience. The Atoll was built specifically for diving tours around the Maldives Atolls, and is ideal for small groups of up to 12, with 6 comfortable en-suite cabins on the lower deck, each one with a double bed and single bunk above, individual A/C and a fan.

I could not recommend the Emperor Atoll highly enough.

The crew were friendly, approachable and always willing to help or explain anything that was unclear. All the diving was conducted in a professional manner with a focus on safety that put us all at ease right from the start.

There was plenty of great food on board to keep us sustained over the course of the trip which was a nice surprise as other liveaboards tend to under cater.

Having never travelled to the Maldives before, this trip aboard the Emperor Atoll was really special for my family.

There was a small group on board which gave the boat a great atmosphere and the friendly crew definitely contributed to the overall enjoyment of the trip.

Although the room was very small, it was very clean and well-equipped so this did not take away from the main experience which was excellent overall.

Of course the diving was superb and we saw some stunning underwater scenes as well as a wide variety of marine life.

We are a small group of 6 friends who meet up once a year to dive, and we loved the traditional, easy and relaxed feel of the Emperor Atoll.

Great service throughout, reasonable prices, and the dives were nothing short of amazing. Thanks for a memorable trip!

Hi, we are a bunch of University friends, (read tight budgets!) And we chose to do a diving safari on the Emperor Atoll, and it was brilliant and affordable.

The boat had good food, service and the rooms were nice, but best of all, the bar had cold beer!

We swam with manta rays, saw a whale shark, loads of reefs and a million other fish, totes incredible!!
