We spent 6 days on board Miss Moon back in April and we had a wonderful time.

Our group was lucky enough to meet Preben, a fantastic crew member who really made each dive a memorable one, from the well-informed dive briefings to spotting tiny creatures we never would have seen. The underwater life in Burma is sensational and is a must-see for any diving enthusiast.

Having just visited the ever-popular Koh Tao I can strongly advise others to visit this remote area for an experience unlike any other.

I cannot recommend Miss Moon enough! The diving is second-to-none in Burma, with plenty of sea fans, caves and corals to see. The above-water views are also fantastic, especially when the vessel passed through the Myanmar islands.

When diving, keep an eye out for the smaller life lurking in all the nooks and crannies – there are definitely some interesting and rare-looking marine animals that are a great find if you can spot them.

The crew members were simply brilliant – always working hard with a smile to ensure all guests were safe, comfortable and happy.

Recommended for: Delicious, plentiful food and safety-conscious crew
