The Solmar V was a great choice to explore Mexico’s Socorro Island, and it offered great value for money with the chance to dive up to 4 times a day! There was plenty to see including sharks, dolphins, giant mantas and Galapagos sharks.

The crew were really great too, as was the food and all services in general. The cabins are cozy and offer the basics of what you need for a short 8 night stay.

I would highly recommend this trip to others wanting to explore Mexico’s Socorro Island.

I was very impressed with how smoothly everything ran aboard the Solmar V, the captain and his crew really knew what they were doing!

We were able to dive as many as 4 times every day and made memories to last a lifetime, especially when a pod of dolphins accompanied us on our dive!
