This life saving device can increase a patient’s chance of survival from a cardiac arrest by fifty percent. During this course you’ll review the basic principles of Primary Care (CPR) and learn how to deploy and use an AED in an emergency situation. includes book.
Refresher Dive Open Ocean
A guided shore dive re-introducing you to the open ocean, Your guide will assist you with gear preparation if needed and assure that your lack of time in the water hasn’t rusted your talents, Your guide will also check your dive gear and make recommendations for upgrading, repairing or replacing, if repair is need equipment will be available so you don’t miss your dive. If you need equipment your instructor will makes suggestions. for what you may want to start purchasing first no pushing you into buying just suggestions. the dive will be a off the beach dive so your can ease into the first time back into the water.
This dive is great for those that are comfortable being in the water. but have been out of the water for a while and want to get back into diving. Good choice.
Disabled Divebuddy Training
Learn to be a dive buddy for someone with disabilities, Paraplegic, Quadriplegic, Blind divers, amputees and other disabilities This Class is the most rewarding class you will ever enroll in, prerequisites are that you must first be a certified scuba diver open water, or above, Instructors can learn to teach that disabled diver.
Advanced Open Water
The Advanced Open water Class, consists of 5 dives two which you can choose from any adventure dives. Three dives that must be completed are the Navigation dive, the deep dive and the Night dive these dives are designed to take you to depths you have not yet gone to while gaining experience learning to navigate, and build confidence taking you on your first Night dive. The next two dives are of your choice which can be something you have wanted to try or like most people want to do a boat dive and go look at the wreck’s the HMS Yukon, the Ruby E. and the El Ray. The Rescue course is both challenging and thought provoking some people say it’s by far the best course they have taken.
The course takes you back to the pool to learn Rescue techniques, CPR, First Aid, Oxygen administration and much more, it ultimately makes you a better diver by increasing your in water confidence and building diver knowledge, you will become aware of the people around you, and best of all if that time ever comes you will be prepared to help.
The Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases.

Become a dive buddy for someone with Disabilities, changing lives one diver at a time, assist in the dive assist in training as a buddy become, make a difference in the life of someone else, and yourself, You will learn diver transfers from chair to water, assist with dawning of Scuba Equipment, guiding the diver underwater, helping a instructor guide a diver, improve buoyancy tenfold dive skills and the mechanics of those skills.
Kayak diving off of La Jolla shores can be awesome, a short paddle. to the kelp beds from the shores. dropping into the kelp saves a lot of time and a long kick, a new experience paddle out dive and paddle back. price of the dive includes the kayak rental.

La Jolla Cove
Diving in San Diego offers a divers diving experience, diving4less experienced guides will take you from the shore to the underwater world of the La Jolla Cove, and the ecological reserve and introduce you to some of the locals, Garibaldi, banded guitar fish, some hiding California spiny lobsters, all you have to do is have your camera ready. You may even see the giant black sea bass. Diving4less tour guides will make sure your dive is a memorable one as well as a Safe one.
La Jolla Cove dives are available for an extra fee $55.00 includes mask, fins snorkel booties, BCD, regulator, Tanks and weights and a 7mm/ wetsuit . So even if you don’t have your gear we will get you into the water, remember you will be asked for you Dive Card so don’t for get to pack it.
La Jolla Shores
Located in beautiful La Jolla, California the shores (as locals will refer to her) this beach is a popular destination for divers and non-divers. Diving4less tour guides will show you everything there is to see,
What makes this beach one the most frequented dive locations in San Diego? The facilities, generally good conditions and relatively easy surf entries make the Shores a good spot for diver training. For advanced divers, there is easy access to the La Jolla submarine canyon.
The conditions are usually good, with relatively small surf and often favorable visibility. The bottom is mostly sand with sand dollar beds on the way out to or canyon. La Jolla Shores is within the boundaries of the La Jolla Ecological Reserve, so take a lot of pictures leave only bubbles.

La Jolla Shores at Night
Night diving at La Jolla Shores, Diving4less qualified tour guides will take you on an underwater tour of La Jolla at night. getting into the water just before sun set when the fish that are normally sleeping begin to venture out, Jumbo Shrimp, octopi, free swimming squid looking for shell fish, and a cast of others that are not normally active during the day.
