Ocean-pro Dive Team is a Maldivian company under Swiss ownership and have been active as dive professionals since November 1994. Seven dive bases and two safari boats on the Maldives as well as one dive base at the southern Red Sea are under our management. Ocean-pro Dive Team dive instructors, all with many years of experience, will guide you to the most beautiful dive sites of the fascinating underwater world.

COCO PALM – Baa Atoll

Coco Palm Resort in the remote Baa Atoll impresses with its breathtaking lagoon and the snow-white sandy beach. Innumerable palm trees and tropical bushes distinguish this jewel. The architecture of this newly opened island is also very unique.

VELIGANDU – Rasdhoo Atoll

Veligandu translated into English means “Big Sand Bank” and is situated in the Rasdu Atoll, which lies north of Ari Atoll. The island is 600 meters long and 200 meters wide with a large beautiful lagoon. Tropical bushes, palm trees, and a broad sandy beach complete the picture.

LILY BEACH – South Ari Atoll

Lily Beach, originally called Huvahendhoo, is situated in the Ari Atoll, the southeastern most Atoll. The island is approx. 550 meters long and 100 meters wide. Palm trees, tropical bushes and a snow-white sand bank are typical for this island.

MIRIHI – South Ari Atoll

This little pearl with its snow-white sandy beaches is located in South Ari Atoll on a breathtaking top reef, which will make every diver’s heart beat faster. Mirihi – 300m x 100m in size – is the ideal retreat for “stressed souls”. Here you will find everything for your recreational needs: quietude, cozy comfort, an ocean view that will make your dreams drift far into the distance, tropical bushes and a coco palm garden with exotic scents. VELAVARU – South Nilandhe Atoll

Velavaru translated into English means “Turtle Island”. It is approx. 420 meters long and 200 meters wide. Of all the numerous uninhabited islands of this atoll only two were opened for tourism. Divers, snorkelers, and sunbathers can claim all of this beauty under and above water practically for themselves. A beautiful beach and a breathtaking lagoon make Velavaru one of our “dream islands” in the Maldives.

HELENGELI – North Male Atoll

Helengeli is situated at the north most spot of the North Male Atoll and it is said to be every diver’s dream destination. The island is approx. 1000 meters long and up to 135 meters wide. As Helengeli is at a 90° angle to the outer reef, you can dive at both sides of the house reef. Thanks to its sand bank it is perfect for bathing.

MEERU – North Male Atoll

Meeru is one of the largest and most original islands. It is approx. 1000 meters long and 400 meters wide. Thanks to its proximity to the outer reef Meeru thrills each diver’s heart. Innumerable palm trees and tropical bushes grow on this island which is surrounded by a big lagoon and covered almost completely by coral sand.

Red Sea

Directly in front of an impressive mountain backdrop and at a sandy beach that stretches over 8 km, Lahami Bay, newly developed for toursim, is located approx. 120 km south of Marsa Alam. The recently constructed Lahami Bay Beach Resort with its 110 rooms offers all the amenities of a 4-star resort. The house reef – 5 km in length, chockful of colourful corals, and easily accessible from the beach – as well as 40 different dive sites in the immediate vicinity complete the picture of this new dream destination at the Southern Red Sea.

wondering if we can discuss the opportunities for diving in lily beach for whale sharks etc as my wife and I are both experienced higher level divers from june 30th to july 7.
